This highly productive and diverse 158 +/- acre grass farm is located just a few miles south of Burdick, Kansas. It provides a great mix of native, fescue, and brome grass. There are multiple ponds throughout the property and above average perimeter fencing with interior cross-fencing for rotating livestock. There are approximately 75 acres of tillable that have been reseeded back to brome grass and 55 of those acres recently went through the EQIP program to build all of the terraces back up. The remainder of the property consists of 44 acres of fescue and 38 acres of native grass. The property has been grazed, but still has a great stand of grass and plenty of water with the ponds, even with the extremely dry weather this year.
