Shhh.....Let Me Do The Talking


I can think of many instances in the past where my buyer-clients have somehow got themselves into a conversation with the seller or the seller’s agent after making an offer but prior to acceptance.

Unfortunately, their excitement and good intentions ended up hurting them financially in the long-term as the sellers used it to their advantage during the negotiation process.

I’ve sold hundreds of houses and developed a technique for presenting offers and subsequent information that will benefit my clients.
