Prior to starting his real estate career in 2018, Randy gathered a vast amount of experience working with clients in Manhattan and the surrounding communities as a former bank Vice President and loan officer for over 16 years. Specializing in consumer real estate, new construction, commercial real estate and rural/agricultural property loans. His clients describe him as honest, kind, compassionate, hardworking and knowledgeable; always putting the clients interest first.
Randy has lived most of his life in the northern Pottawatomie County and grew up working for his parent's family business at Kufahl Hardware Company in Wheaton, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He also received a diploma from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He enjoys being active in the local government where he held the position of the Pottawatomie County Treasurer in 1996 and again in 2000.
Randy and his wife Kari enjoy spending time with their large family of five children and four grandchildren, and attending Kansas State University sporting events. Randy is very active in many community organizations, the local school board and in his church.
