Kevin Tilley is a proud lifelong Kansan who grew up in Manhattan, Kansas. After high school, he embarked on a journey across Northeast Kansas, living in Shawnee and Brown counties. With nearly a decade of experience in law enforcement and another as a successful security professional, Kevin developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and dedication to helping others.

In 2014, Kevin and his family returned to the Manhattan area, now calling Wamego home. In addition to being a REALTOR®, Kevin is a partner in a local home-building company, offering unique insights into the homes he helps his clients buy and sell.

Kevin and his wife, Jordan, are proud parents to four children, affectionately known as their "bigs" and "littles." The bigs, now in their twenties, are off on their own adventures, while the littles keep life exciting at home. Their unique parenting journey was perfectly captured one day when they found themselves returning a prom tuxedo for a big while picking up diapers for a little—a reminder of their wonderfully dynamic life.

Avid animal lovers, Kevin and Jordan are passionate about rescuing big, floppy-eared dogs. Their two pups bring joy and chaos to their lives, and they’re constantly tempted to add another furry friend to the mix.

A natural-born helper with a heart for service, Kevin is as enthusiastic about guiding his clients through the home-buying or selling process as they are about moving into their dream home.
